Dorset Log Store delivery

Dorset Log Store delivery

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery pallet size for most Dorset Log Stores is 1.2m x 1.5m (4ft x 5ft) x up to 2.2m high (depending on which Log Store) and the goods are wrapped and strapped on the pallet for you to unpack at your leisure.

Within the description of each store it will mention whether the the unit/store arrives flatpacked only or whether you have the option (as with smaller stores) for it to arrive assembled.

The Pallet lorry driver will not unpack the pallet (or take it away - its free kindling!) for you but will put it, using his pallet handler, in as convenient a place for you as possible (steps, grass or gravel are not possible for this machine).

The Palletline lorry is usually a small 7.5tonne curtain-sided lorry with a rear tail-lift. If you think delivery this way may be a problem this way please contact us and we will consider other options.

Full delivery details can be found on our Delivery Information Sheet

Assembled or Flatpacked:
Some of our smaller log stores can be delivered fully assembled but please consider how you are going to move the store into place, not only dimensionally, but also weight-wise. All stores can be disassembled and reassembled if you find it necessary.

If your store is delivered in panels for self assembly we provide full colour instructions and all screws or bolts needed. You would need a cordless screwdriver and perhaps an extra pair of hands for larger stores. See some of our assembly video links with the log store information to show you how easy the assembly is (you can always call us if you have any queries, 01300 345916).
