If you have an item that needs returning, whether because you ordered the wrong one or if it is faulty/broken, please call us on 01300 345916 to book the return in and we will advise of best return method. This may either be by courier or by post. You should also notify us by email of your return in order to protect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Please include your order number, name and address details with the return. If returning for exchange or refund please make sure the goods are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Thank you.

or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace promptly. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 14 days of the day of receipt ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund of original invoice including original carriage charges in accordance with EU Directive on Consumer Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) i.e. return postage costs are not refunded.
Just return the goods with the original packing and we will refund your payment card. For returned goods over the 14 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis.
