Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments on-line or by telephone to 01300 345916.
BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, OR PAYPAL, select pay by Credit Card/Paypal and you will be taken to our secure payment server, SagePay where you can enter your payment details using secure 128-bit encryption. Email confirmations will follow immediately upon completion.
If you experience problems making a payment please check you have entered your email address correctly (no spaces, most payment errors are due to this problem), your name, address and particularly postcode are correct. If this still does not resolve the problem please call Dorset Log Stores on 01300 345916 or Flyte so Fancy on 01300 345229.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has cleared, and hence a contract between us. Your Invoice will be included with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Vat is included at 20% to items subject to tax.
Shipping And Handling
Deliveries to most of mainland UK is free, except to Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man where a surcharge will be applied in line with charges from our courier or pallet carrier. See Delivery Information page for more details.
Carriage charges, where applicable, are worked out by weight in the shopping basket and are quoted there excl. vat. To find out delivery charge just add goods to the basket and then 'checkout', select destination and the delivery charge will be displayed.
We will only despatch goods to UK & Channel Islands addresses.
Small items and small Log Stores are despatched next day when in stock via courier on a next working day delivery. If goods are placed on back order we will inform you and offer a refund if necessary. If your order is urgent please let us know and will do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible.
Larger Log Stores (and any goods ordered at the same time) are despatched within 48 hours when in stock and you will receive a separate email confirming delivery date. If not in stock we will confirm the earliest delivery date by email. As the Log store orders are bulky and delivered on a pallet (measuring 4ft x 5ft), it will be necessary to confirm with you whether you can accept the order personally or whether it is possible to leave the pallet safely at delivery address. A signature upon delivery is always preferable in case of any damage which might have occurred during transit.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If we are unable to fulfil that backorder within 7 days, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption through our secure payment service provider. They are not held in clear text on any website and we do not have access to your card details.
We guarantee your satisfaction. As well as our 15 year guarantee against rot and fungal attack in the timber, all of our timber products have a 14-day no quibble guarantee and we offer a 7-day full refund return on all other goods. Goods that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced immediately.

Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace immediately. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 14 working days of the day after receipt ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund of original invoice including original carriage charges in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) i.e. return costs are not refunded. Just return the goods with the original packing and we will refund your payment card. For returned goods over the 7 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis.

We offer a 30-day No Quibble Guarantee on all our own housing products, that if the quality of materials or standard of workmanship is not what you expected, we can replace the product or refund your money.

No goods will be shipped without payment in full by credit or debit card. Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish title of these goods until payment is received in full. VAT is charged at 20% where applicable.
